Overview

HOLLOWcage for Shimano Ultegra 8100 12spd. Our revolutionary mono-plate oversized pulley wheel (in short OSPW) design is the quietest and best shifting, oversized derailleur cage for Shimano 12spd created to date. HOLLOWcage OSPW has a carbon-polymer mono-plate construction with bespoke, oversized, full ceramic bearings and the most advanced silencing pulleys ever made.

Warranty

Warranty is offered for defects in materials and/or workmanship for 4 years for the bearings and 1 year for rest of the cage from the date of purchase. It is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only. It does not cover normal wear and tear that will inevitably occur, nor damage due to crashes, lack of drivetrain maintenance, impacts or neglect. It also does not cover the contamination of the bearings caused by the conditions they’ve been used in (rain, mud etc). Warranty also doesn’t cover improper installation and any damages resulting from it as well as any damages resulting from use for any other purpose than intended.

If absoluteBLACK finds the HOLLOWcage to be defective in materials and/or workmanship, we will repair it or replace it. The user of the HOLLOWcage is solely responsible for correct maintenance, regular checks and when needed, replacement of components.

All warranty claims will be reviewed individually.

Every claim is to be sent to our customer service department, with proof of purchase and pictures showing the defect/damage. If our customer service department will require more information, pictures, etc.., you will be notified via email. In a situation where the owner refuses to provide the information/materials requested by our customer service department, we will not be able to process the claim.

In case the product has to be examined inhouse by absoluteBLACK, it is the owners responsibility to cover the costs of shipping, which are non-refundable.
